Customize

Paprika and plenty of garlic, with cayenne, black pepper and red pepper flakes for a noticeable kick, and thyme and oregano to round it out. It turns shrimp, sausage and chicken a deep orange-red and makes them spicier and more savory. It is about one third salt, so use it in place of salt.
