Customize

More than half salt, with paprika, black pepper, cumin, onion, chili powder, garlic and oregano. Use it where you would use salt: it gives chicken, pork, beans and rice a savory, garlicky, lightly earthy flavor. It is not spicy.

How much to use: About 1 tsp per pound of meat, or use it in place of salt
